Our CNC shop consists of four Haas CNC mills w/ WIPS including a VF-2, VF-3, DM-2 w/ HRT 160 rotary, & GR-510. Having this variety of equipment allows us to efficiently process parts ranging in size from fractions of an inch to over ten feet! All CNC's are programmed using state of the art CAM software to create the safest and most efficient toolpaths possible.

All 3212 projects are 3D modeled & drawn in SolidWorks, & supplied for approval in .step & .pdf formats.
Receiving your order isn't helpful unless it's made right! We employ a wide variety of metrology equipment, inspection tooling & measurement techniques to ensure every dimension, tolerance, and feature, and performance characteristic is within specification, every time! All electrical and pneumatic systems are subject to rigorous functional testing before ever leaving our shop.

Whether is MIG, TIG, of stick, mild steel, stainless, or aluminum, we can weld it! We have a variety of weld fixturing options as well to make sure all weldments are straight, square, & dimensionally accurate!
